Small Particle Silica

Small particle silica is highly effective in improving flowability and controlling charge amount due to its high surface area. Its narrow particle size distribution enables uniform coating on the toner surface, providing stable charging characteristics. Unlike conventional fumed type silica, which tends to become embedded in the toner surface, Sukgyung’s silica minimizes such embedding through structural shape control. The small particle size reduces usage amounts and contributes to improved high resolution print quality. With excellent dispersibility and adhesion, it shows outstanding compatibility with toner. Various surface treatments and functional designs can also be customized to meet customer requirements.
